Thanks to the BBC for highlighting the work of Freedom From Fistula in Madagascar where we have launched a Patient Ambassador program to help find isolated women and girls suffering with fistula across the country. This program follows the huge success of a similar project in Malawi which now finds 50% of our patients there.
